Based on what I could see on replay, GB had it on the ground pretty cleanly. When they stood up a 49er grabbed it. He wasn’t even on the ground with them.

The refs were no where close enough to the ball to know that GB had a clean recovery on the ground.
57 had the ball in his hand within 4 seconds of Rodgers fumbling.

Ref was running up to spot it as they were standing up.
