You have to know that it’s a gigantic stretch to think that this guy doesn’t know what his friends drive. Also if he locked the entire house how did he not notice the dead guys on his porch.

During that kind of weather, I don't go on my porch for days at a time either and don't walk down my street. If he was on a bender this is totally plausible. You don't know the layout of the house or what line of sight he had to the outside.

Well if they’re on his porch and he locked the porch door/doors it stands to reason that he’d see them no?

What? Does he not have windows to his porch? Does he not have windows on his back door? Is his porch big and wraps around side of his house? Is his porch small and on the side of his house away from the door? All of these are very common.

I can't see my side porch from my house. You people are way overthinking this

Last week we had a foot of snow and sub-freezing conditions where I live. If I had 3 dead friends on my side porch and somewhere in my backyard I likely wouldn't have found them for a few days (if not for my dog finding them). I don't fricking go back there in that kind of weather.

Also going back to the lawyer, you very rarely see someone who isn’t guilty and hasn’t been charged hire a lawyer. Even if he’s still being questioned there’s no reason for his attorney to be making public statements when the police haven’t made any incriminating statements to clarify or rebut.

Have you even seen the house?

There are no outdoor side porches on the house.

The dude is getting destroyed in the media and on social media. People are publicly accusing him of foul play. He had to make a statement and the police statement was very important too.

Do you know where the bodies were? Do you know where the windows inside were? Do you know where the porch is in the back of the house?

So many assumptions. It's ridiculous. Them passing out outside from the same batch of drugs and the homeowner being on a bender and not noticing in that kind of weather is completely plausible.

that's fine. But then what happened the following day and the day after?
As a matter of fact everything is "fine" in this story except the days it took.

The smartest thing he did, guilty or not, when this fricked up story broke is hire a lawyer.

I dunno.
If this was me and I know I had nothing to do with anything, I'd consider lawyering up to possibly prevent any bogus charges come my way.

Libel and slander are concerns as well.

No

I have a back porch.

if I go to lock the door, I can see maybe 30-40% of that porch, but certainly not the entire thing. The door is on one end of the porch.

We don't know the layout, we don't know where the dude was found. shite, all it takes is closed blinds on the door and he's half asleep and not paying attention...he could have had 100% view and still not really noticed someone out there if he was just quickly going lock a door.

I'm not seeing much on the 5th guy, I'd assume he would know if drugs were involved?

Looks like their cars would have been on the side of the house too considering that is where the driveway goes.

Claims the four were all watching Jeopardy, when he left.

Home owner's phone records show no calls from the three deceased or any of they the family trying to locate them over those two+ days.

quote:

"The thing that strikes me that’s strange about that is that none of those people called him on his cellphone," he said. "One of them, I believe it was the fiancée, did send him a message on Facebook Messenger. But he didn’t receive it until after police had."

I believe the key is going to be where were the homeowner's dogs. One person claims they were at the party, home owner says they were boarded for the party at his father's house.

quote:

Johnson Sr. also said that his son's coat was found inside Willis' home and that the 38-year-old construction worker would "never leave the house without a coat."

The father told Fox News Digital that he suspected that Willis "drugged them, dragged them outside and waited two days to call police."

"Seriously, these were responsible men. How do they go in a backyard and freeze to death, all three of them," Johnson's mother told Fox News Digital.
"Something that comes to my mind, this guy wants to brag about how smart he is, he’s a scientist. My thoughts are that he concocted something and gave it to all three men. I know I’m just thinking, but how could this have happened?" she said.

Who? The 5th dude that didn't die?

He'd be the only one left, so it seems odd the wording of "one person" as I'm not sure who else would do it since the other 3 are dead.
