The actual complaint doesn't sound unrealistic. Idiots trying to trim it down to fit on twitter make it sound out of place/off.
I'd basically spread the punishment across the next 5 years.
2022 - 1 game
2023 - 4 games
2024 - 4 games
2025 - 4 games
2026 - 4 games
Put in stipulations that base salary cannot be altered to get around a suspension.
This hurts Watson by costing him $40 million+ and while it gives that money back to Browns over time, it costs them their staring QB for a quarter of each season.
Or just make it hit in 2023/2024 for 8 games each.
I'd basically spread the punishment across the next 5 years.

It's a woman with an NFL level athlete, she may not have felt safe screaming or running away. While I definitely lean on the side of this all being horse shite, there are plenty of sexual assault victims who don't fight back.
