I call bullshite on Chris Rice’s BK comments. He’s not exactly a reliable source. He means “as of right now.”

I wonder how long Chase Elliott contract at HMS is. His dad won in Dodges last comeback. Would need a team thats good so likely won’t happen. But at some point down the road he may want to do it and brings lots of fans with. Dodge would pay him a mega-fortune to come sooner than later

Electric vehicles are pointless. And Joe Biden was stupid expecting people would want that.

I’ve also seen some stuff that nascar will revisit the engine formula in a few years. I wouldn’t be shocked if it was about potential v6’s being allowed. Honda wants in and nascar wants Honda in. But I think think Honda wants to run some semblance of a v6.

How would that work? Everyone else runs a v8 and Honda a v6 turbo? Would the balance be the same?

V6s should never be in NASCAR, F1 or Indy

I don’t see “I’m Sorry to Driver XXX” anywhere. Not one word. He’s not sorry and only apologized because he was forced. AI prolly write it too.

The tweet - he is getting raked pretty good. He lost a ton of fans this year and had a chance to gain so many.

Same happened to watermelon boy Chastain

I’m open to it if it brings more competitive OEMs into the sport.

Screw that and frick Honda if they can’t figure out or be willing to use V8. Adapt to US not US adapt to Japan. And I love Japan, lived there for over 2 years. But I don’t need Nascar to adjust to them. Toyota at least adapted to Nascar.

Look at that pussy arse F1 league its a shell of itself. They use electric engines now for gawd sake. No racing fan really likes that shite.

We never want to lose pistons because then the soy boys will want to go to 4’s and then to electric. I learned long ago don’t give an inch.

Goddamn dude. It ain’t that serious lol.

I think both sides want each other. And are just figuring out what they could compromise on. Honda hasn’t made a v8 engine in 15 years and have never made one in a production car. They’re doing just fine in sales if memory serves me correct.

I think they could make a v8 and offer it as a premium package to the accord or whatever car they’d want to. It’s not a dealbreaker to me. But clearly it is to you.

I watch a ton of sports car racing though. And the f1 product has been awful this year. That car is a joke.

Nascar is not what it was so just allow Honda but make them use a V8. Does not need to be a Honda V8. No one would even notice

I mean I’ll take as many OEMs that want to participate.

Never heard of a Chinese automaker. Big difference between one of the biggest manufacturers in the world and an unknown.

Bet you thought that shite was clever. Lol
