They need to reverse all of there dumbass decisions in the last 10 years. give them 850 HP, go back to steel wheels, regular transmissions, get the cars off the ground and so on. Then I might start going back to races and watching every week. Everything with this new car sucks. I was a diehard fan since 85, now I hardly even keep up with it.

Truck race was pretty blah. Only cautions were stages for 16 damn laps. They run slower under yellow too so thats a travesty how much racing is lost to stages.

I fricking HATE stage cautions, they disrupt the flow of the race.

You wanna suck advertising dick? Fine, don't count the stages or red flag them.

NOAP will be the best race this weekend is my prediction.

Age of Cup Chasers. I read if Kyle wins title he’d be youngest/fastest to win 3 titles at this stage of career

Speeds are getting way up there. NHRA will have to make changes to reduce speeds. Maybe skinnier tires? But at high speeds you need tires that won’t fail so it’s not an easy answer. I hate to restrict HP so they will have to figure something out.

I stand by my statement that Tony Stewart may be the best racer to ever live.

He's been a champion at every level he's ever raced at and challenging for one in top fuel.

He seems like a decent person to, I got a picture with him at Rockingham when they were there a few weeks back and he was pretty friendly acting. Not pretentious at all.

3 races left and we have 7 drivers within 56 points of the championship

NASCAR has to be thrilled with that

I hate to say it, but I don’t think I’ve watch more than a few laps in more than a month. Admittedly my life is busier than it used to be so the sports watching time I get on weekends goes to football.

Why reduce speed. They shortened the track to 1000 feet. Plenty of shutdown area at the tracks.
Let them roll

Because one will get airborne soon and kill spectators or driver. 340mph is fast. But they increase speed every year. They need to take something away to slow them down yet still allow engine tuners to maximize the HP. I don’t want them all the same. But anyone can see speeds are getting too high for safety.

Tires blowing up ruined race for many.

I always said the point spread to start chase was too close and not rewarding season. It was intentional to drum up chase drama.

I think Bell has a good chance to take it all. I said during season they wanted a Toyota to win and thats still on track. Bell is closest to Larson at 5pts out.

And a plate track coming.

Which backmarker or regular will take out 1/4 or 1/2 the field next Sunday?
