No reason other than the vibe I get from Kasey. I just don’t see him as a nascar owner.

I know he owns dirt. He always ran dirt.

My gut always said that Denny would be a car owner. In fact I remember telling a buddy back around 2014-2015 that I could see Denny and MJ owning a team.

I can’t see Kasey willing to even invest in a minority stake.

He always likes to do his own stunts or participate in a similar activity to mimic his movie character. Helps him understand emotions and how to make it seem real.

And Nascar shoulda studied up on him, had they dine homework this would not be a surprise

That will be the most watched ARCA race if it actually happens.

Appears that Broc Feeney is set for a 2 race deal with Roush on road courses next year. Whether it’ll be in the third car or a fourth, no one knows.

Broc is good. Bathurst was crazy. Watch the extended highlights if you get a chance.

Watched the highlights Sunday. It’s ridiculous having to pay for a streaming service to watch that shite. We need the speed channel back.

Teams were going to limit practice to save brakes. Nascar finally wakes up, luckily drivers not injured from brake failures

Shedding more viewers. These last few races boring for majority of race and had some late drama. When will they fix car, when its too late?

And 3 straight intermediates. No track type should have 3 consecutive races.

The drop has nothing to do with NFL, its comparing Nascar to Nascar year over year.

What do you mean?

The ratings are comparing Nascar to Nascar. Thats facts not in dispute. Less people watched the race compared to one year ago.

That means Nascar lost viewers compared to one year ago. If the product was good then viewers would tune in to the race.

Too many people are still deniers how much erosion Nascar has had over the years because of their leadership and decisions.

NOAP is up year over year which proves good racing will bring good viewership.

NASCAR will never reach the boom it once did. That was lightning in a bottle. It’s a niche sport and will always be niche.

O Reilly benefits from having the same network broadcast all races and a free channel to everyone.

Cup took the bag and stuffed a lot of races on channels that some fans don’t have.

I don’t hate the amazon prime thing because more people have prime than cable. In fact I’d like more races on prime, but that’s just because they do a fantastic job covering.

Next deal needs to have more races on the OTA channels.

As far as the car goes, give O’Donnell time. He recognizes this car is fatally flawed. I’m optimistic he will get it fixed. He’s made a lot of good decisions since taking over.
