Bristol Motor Speedway will be paying tribute to Dolly Parton throughout Night Race Weekend. Dolly's signature pink butterfly will be featured on Bristol's walls and speedway property, and a decal will be given to teams in all three series.
A Dolly Parton tribute banner will also be displayed for fans to leave messages and signatures in the Fan Zone, and her music will be incorporated into the atmosphere during race weekend.

No lie, there were waiting lists for Bristol tickets. It was such a great race and environment. And Nascar fricked that up. The paint schemes were awesome back then too. Because teams would have one primary sponsor all year long not this cheap sketch a doodle stuff we see now.

Right call but he did deserve one for saying he would do it and actually doing it and based on other previous penalties.
If Nascar can avoid driver acts penalties they could maybe get some rivalries going. Because Day fans will think he deserved one and Sawalich fans don’t. And those fans will argue about it which creates buzz. Its only NOAP but if Cup can get the same thing maybe there’s a chance.
But I don’t trust Nascar to do same with others in similar situation. For instance, it makes the Preece penalty look even more ridiculous. He got screwed by comparison
They should have parked Sawalich the rest if race and called it good.

Blame the economy. Companies don’t see the ROI they used to. Not NASCAR’s fault. Just nature of the beast.

If I’m not mistaken, Bowman is the only guy with a primary that covers every race.
Larson has 3 races with Valvoline. Logano has like 6 races with something besides Shell/Pennzoil. I don’t think anyone else is close.
Seems like small potatoes but there really was something cool about seeing guys in the same scheme every week.

I don’t disagree but bitching about cars looking different every week is like bitching about Daytona being run in late August vs 4th of July. Not nascar to blame. And it’s a moot point. It’s not gonna go back how it was before. Just move on.
