Yeah, don't think that will fly. If they know the surface isn't up to standards, no way with in their sudo "concerned about the drivers safety" will they allow them to drive on the track.

Agree... My comment was in regards to telling drivers to drive around a crack in the track.
They either have to say the track is ok full stop or not. Can't put up safety cones and have drivers go around it.
