Heck of a drive from Georgie to hold off Lando, even though it may have been pointless if a penalty is coming.

The TV coverage can be terrible at times. They cut away from the sky view of Lando passing Leclerc right as it was happening and didn’t show Max passing Gasly.

I was surprised to read that Piastri won by a ~16 second gap even after a safety car resart on lap 35.

Looks like we're back to the pre-race discussion about Hamilton selling t-shirt for Ferrari.

Max passing Gasly.

I'm kind of irritated they didn't cover that at all. He was .6 back from Gasly at the start of the final lap. Its overshadowed but Max ran a hell of a race given what he was given to work with. Making that medium work till the end is on par with what Russell did with the soft.

Russell was very impressive since it seems like his car was falling apart around him. To possibly losing his dash.

Bearman and Kimi are both real good very exciting

Oscar gives me Max vibes, meaning he drives like a machine especially out front .

All right, the TD F1 Championship results are in!

dg42.net/TDF1/race-results.php?race=4

Winner of the TD F1 Bahrain GP is VABuckeye!

The podium is filled out by new guy on the points table ApexHunterNetcode in P2, and Grassy1 in P3.

Interesting tidbit about VABuckeye's win. After two lackluster results, he finished P2 in Japan, then he let his Japan prediction list ride for the Bahrain GP and got the win! Will he push his luck by keeping the same list for a third race in a row?

Here's the championship table: dg42.net/TDF1/index.php?table=full

Two more players have now scored points. ApexHunterNetcode enters the championship table at P11 with a podium finish in Bahrain. Rendevoustavern enters the championship table at P17 with a nice P7 finish in Bahrain.

If you want to see Mr. Consistency, check out MikeD on the table. P6, P7, P6, and P8 finishes. MikeD is the only player now who has scored points in every race. Can he keep up his streak in Saudi Arabia?

All right guys, I don't know if I want to break his heart, but I calculated the provisional TD F1 Bahrain GP results before Hulk's DQ, and the winner of the race was... Rendevoustavern! His prediction placed Hulk at an excellent P14. Only four guys placed Hulk at P14 or higher. These guys suffered the biggest penalties, but Sauber's miscalculation is the reason Rendevoustavern doesn't have a race win on his resume right now! The penalty of Hulk's DQ was so devastating, it dropped him from P1 to P7. Sorry man!

I must say, I'm rather pleased that this scoring system I came up with has these tight point spreads. I didn't know what to expect.

But yeah, in two of the races, you missed points-scoring positions by less than 2 points each!

Somehow the admins still think this bottom sticky is a good idea.
