No clue. Think there would have to be some sort of penalty though.
That was a tight margin between him and Lando there. They should have told him he’d probably be penalized and to hold back.

I was unable to watch the second half of the race but I was able to listen to it. I'm going to have to watch the replay.
Amazing race from Haas. Strategy masterclass. Their whole team race day performance is so much better under the new management. I picked them to finish low, based on the pre-season test, but it looks like their rushed upgrades really did improve the car.

Hasn't always been. Could just be a team fine. Depends on if there was an advantage.
Mclaren is likely lobbying that the advantage gained kept them from passing on the last lap at T1.
