Are you not in the backfield or on the line? If you can't have 5 in the backfield then you need at least 7 on the line.
You can have as many on the line as want, though.

If the offense has 10 players with 6 on the line it's no longer a penalty.

I was on a laptop. Re-opened the link in a new window and it played.
Happened 2 or 3 times. The downside is it takes you through a commercial and you miss some action.
