Actually Hulk has good pace, he's going faster than the two McLarens and Yuki up ahead.

Hulk made a big mistake pitting so late.

I was wrong about this. Because of the high tire wear, Hulk's ability to stay out a few extra laps on the mediums gave him fresher hards and he has had better pace than the guys in front of him and he has moved back up quite nicely.

Hulk finally got past Yuki.

Now Alonso and Perez are threatening to dump Yuki out of the points.

Midfield report with two races left:

6 Haas 50 pts
7 Alpine 49 pts
8 VCARB 46 pts

Great race from Hulk P8
Good race from Yuki P9

Looks like Haas has better race pace than VCARB. Lap after lap, a few tenths faster.

Yuki held off Perez for the last few laps. Perez has a much faster car, Yuki wants his seat and beats him. Yuki is outscoring Liam 8 pts to 4 pts in four races. Yuki is once again making it hard for Red Bull to promote whoever is Yuki's teammate. What more does he have to do???

Vegas is the worst podium due to how much time it takes to set it up.

Ferrari fricked all that up. I feel for him. I really do. I like Leclerc, he’s probably my second favorite driver.

At the end of the day, he did t drive as well as those ahead of him. His tyres issues caused a lot of miscommunication and Ferrari can’t be trusted there

Constructors:

Mclaren - 608
Ferrari - 584
RBR - 555

Mclaren should be able to drag this across the line as long as they don't have a DNF in the last 2, but going to be close.

Being a nice guy... Don't know when he was a nice guy, thought Sainz passed him pretty easily early in the race.

I'm guessing there were team orders somewhere along the line that we didn't hear like 'Keep Sainz in DRS" or whatever.

Maybe so. Very early on? Went from almost passing George to a few secs behind

Welp, there it is... Ferrari doing Ferrari things.

I'd be pissed if I was Chuck too, but wtf does Sainz care. Ferrari kicked him to the curb with a whole season to go, he's gonna screw them everywhere he can.
