Being there are no specifics on those alleged disagreements I will hold off judgement. Could be, could just be wishful thinking that MBS somehow made this move.

It kind of seems like a win/win for Red Bull management. Max gets the WDC headlines to sell drinks. Checo ensures they get more wind tunnel time and brings in enough sponsorship money to justify his existence. Only seems like a loss for the people in the factory who get bonuses based on WCC standings. Maybe they'll use some of Checo's sponsorship money for that.
