I think so. And playing off of that, I think Chase has a new CC in February. I got blasted for saying it a few months ago but I stand by it. His performance just wasn't up to what it needs to be.

Kurt and Harvick were coming up in the late 90's though. I don't believe Hamlin nor Rowdy really started making their way through the ranks until the early 00's at the earliest.
