Or the easy answer is that Gragson is a fricking moron for liking that meme.(I saw it, it's not exactly done in the best taste). Show some better judgement.

Just saw your last post, you might be onto something. Nobody likes snitches

NASCAR gets it, for better or worse they do not want to be linked to a certain political standpoint anymore that in the days of Big Bill cozying up to some of the people he cozied up to and the old-school Rebel flag waving fans they overtly espoused.

I pass no judgement on how things were. I do not discuss political or religious things in any shape, form or fashion, under any circumstances whatsoever, on message boards or social media.

Simply stating how things are on Aug, 5, 2023, that NASCAR has made the business decision for how it envisions its future audience that it can do without that.

And if you saw the meme(I'm not gonna link it here, don't wanna get banned) you would see why NASCAR reacted the way they did.

I just saw the meme and I’m trying to figure out what’s racist about it. It’s just crass. But there’s nothing specifically racist about It.

I don't disagree that it isn't necessarily racist, but it's still George Floyd and he is toxic no matter what side of the argument that you're on.

It's about having situational awareness.

Well my situational awareness is that George Floyd and the cop were both dumb asses.

Big wreck in the Xfinity race. The Gibbs cars wrecked each other, it appears.

This aged poorly. Truex is returning. Nemechek to the 42 next year.

Ty Gibbs, John Hunter Nemechek and Sammy Smith were running nose to tail after a restart. Nemechek appeared to spin Gibbs, leading to a big wreck.

NBC is correct, though, Gibbs can’t say much considering how often he ran over other drivers, including his teammates, in the Xfinity Series last season.

Allgaier’s race ruined by a spin on pit road. Got punted by Ty Gibbs, unsurprisingly.

On the Gragson suspension…

I don’t condone the meme, but I also think suspending Noah is a bit overboard. That said, the suspension was handed down by Legacy Motor Club rather than NASCAR and LMC certainly has the right to suspend Noah as his employer.

What I think also reflects poorly in Noah is that this is yet another instance of bad judgment by him. Both on the track and off the track, Noah manages to create problems for himself. If I’m LMC trying to decide whether to bring him back next season, or another team considering hiring him to drive my car, I’m questioning whether he has the good judgment and temperament needed to be a consistently successful Cup Series driver.

Yeah, but Larson is also a better driver than Gragson.

It is blasphemous. You will not make fun of the current religions idols.

This is where we differ. An individual (me) should not be in fear of losing my job because I laugh at a joke made in poor taste, but that is what you advocate, and that is what's become reality because of people like you, because frick my rights over corporatism, right?

The First Amendment says only that the government can’t put you in jail for what you say. It doesn’t say that your employer can’t fire your arse for what you say either overtly or in the social media age say by “liking” something. There has never, in the 247-year history of this country, been complete blanket freedom from the consequences of your speech.

I didn't bring up 1st amendment rights. I'm old enough to know the difference. But there should be no consequences for laughing PUBLICLY at a meme, a joke, an untimely accident, unfortunate good looks, people who think Lizzo looks hot, or even disagreeing, politically, against US involvement in Ukraine.

The fact that you argue in favor of the stifling of freedom of speech tells me you're one of the useful idiots who advocate for cancel culture.
