The only thing about Huberts crash that bothers me is that the driver that t-boned him was off the reacing line by a good margin. Well, that and the fact that Huberts lost his life.

Was there any indication of what they were going to do in order to increase safety?

In the past they do shite like a tire barrier chicane as a quick fix.

P1 - 6:30 am today
Race Quali - 10 am today
Sprint Quali - 5 am Saturday
Sprint - 9:30 am Saturday
Race - 8 am Sunday

Quali is going to be interesting if still wet in 3hrs, nonetheless, they havent acclimated to the track in FP1... Bring the pain

They just announced that the tyre blanket ban won't take effect in 2024 as planned. It has been pushed to 2025.

The whole Piastri debacle showed how much of a laughing stock they really are. I hated that DTS tried to make that as if Piastri was the villain in that scenario but it was pretty clear Alpine deserved all they got in that mess.
