And give yourselves a couple of extra days in Montreal. It really is an awesome city.

Without a doubt. To and from the track is really quick so make plans to do stuff outside the race.

Without a doubt. Just going to be like putting socks on a rooster to get him to wear it.

If F2 is there he'll want to put them on. They are LOUD as are the F1 cars when they trundle down the pit lane. The F1 cars aren't that loud when racing.

Posted this on the golf board but figured we’re car enthusiasts here too.
Pat Reed’s GT2RS (Masters themed post green jacket) was completely destroyed. No info on it yet but sad day for car enthusiasts. Very rare car in a very clean spec.

Just sad this car is going to become a can.

Any of you F1 dudes got any recs for bars and breweries and the like in Monaco and Barcelona? Pretty sure we are going to be in the Monaco area, probably Nice or Eze, for that race, and then catch qualifying, the F2 race, and the F1 race for the Spanish Grand Prix.

Bro I am a 6'4, 225 lbs, shredded OT baller. I was actually asked to be Red Bull's reserve driver for the 2023 season, but it didn't pay enough.

That hurts my soul knowing that car was totaled with only 361 miles on the odometer. That's a hell of a wreck. It hit something at speed and spun and may have caught a little air.

Apparently Haas is going for the land speed record at Baku.

Practice sessions like this make me hate sprint weekends. It’s not a good product to have teams who can’t even really prepare their cars for the weekend.

Solid plan from Haas, if you keep anyone from passing you on the straight you don't have to be fast on the twisty bits because they are so narrow.

Agreed. The idea is less practice times means car setups are really a factor.

The downside is development suffers because testing upgrades or seeing characteristics doesn't exist on these weekends.
