Just another reminder that playoff hockey is the best. Although the all time kick arse 2021 NFL playoffs and 80’s / 90s pre Jordan basketball have arguments.But on a regular basis you can’t beat the NHL. If everyone would just pick a team and commit to watching one playoff series it would be the second most popular team sport in America.

I'm not really excited about these playoffs overall. I'll probably ride Edmonton just because of great white north aspects. Even hateable teams like Pittsburgh and Boston keep it interesting. This is a bunch of meh and it feels like Tampa will just out clutch everyone in the end. At least the Rangers bring some NYC sizzle, even if you don't like them.

In a perverse way I actually want the Oilers to do the whole thing and bring the Cup back to Alberta.
I don’t think they have much chance against Colorado, but then again I was fairly certain the Flames would smoke Edmonton
