Wild need to get bigger on the D corp and add a little size up front. Blues pushed them around this series. Wild built for the regular season but not the playoffs.

How did the team not know about this? Not all team's roster has similar size, height, weight, and speed.

Live and learn I suppose. They found out this series. Wild have some good pieces but they can't play all the different styles that it takes to win 16 playoff games.
Tampa went through the same thing until they figured it out and broke through. Their last two teams could play any style any night.

That burst that McDavid has as he crosses the blue line attacking the net is just incredible. D has to respect it or they'll get turnsstiled. Creates so much time and space to operate.

Yzerman built drafted a great core group for Tampa. They kept getting close with a Stanley Cup finals Loss and 2 East Conf Finals losses. BrisBois made some excellent trades at the deadlines to get a cup winning team.

Toronto looked really defeated and dejected after that loss. Big time. Regardless that game 7 is in Toronto, I think Tampa had all the momentum. Big Cat will come up big. Bolts will take the series.
