He would have gained another spot too if Kezelowski wasn’t there
I hope like hell nobody tries to wreck him next week. I held him out of fantasy today because I figured they were waiting for martinsville to pay him back. Denny wanted to.

When I lived in Charlotte (20+ years ago), out at Concord Mills Mall there was a full motion racing simulator called the Silicon Motor Speedway. You paid $10 for 10 laps at what was basically a sim rig today. They had 3 tracks. Charlotte, Atlanta and Richmond.
After the Mall closed, they had racing leagues 4 nights a week. I was in one of the lower divisions. The cars had two seats and an in car display and they let a second person ride along as a spotter. I asked a couple of the better guys if I could spot for them in hopes of picking up some tips when I raced. One night I was spotting for a buddy and right as we went into turn 3 at Atlanta, the game said "One lap to go!!" We were in 3rd or 4th place beside another guy he was racing for the championship (10 race season) was right in front of us. On the final lap, I told him, "Don't lift going into 3." He said, "What?? I'd wreck" I replied, "Yeah, but the game is going to end and you'll pass the other driver". He agreed and never lifted. He shot past the other car. Right before we hit the turn 3 wall at about 200mph, the first place car took the checkered flag and the game ended. The guy we passed was pissed, but agreed we'd out foxed him. With in the next 2 - 3 weeks, everyone was pulling the same move. They were gracious enough to name the move after me.
Edit: Checked youtube, there's a video of the racing online...

Oh and everyone once in a while, Tony Stewart would show up and race with us after hours...

So many drivers and NASCAR are upset at Chastain’s move, but the blame should be on NASCAR alone and their “do or die” playoff format. I mean what do you expect in this situation? It would have never happened if they used the old old points system.

Just got home from work, but I watched the entire end of the race at work and that is the greatest single thing I've ever witnessed in nearly 30 years of watching NASCAR.
I have no words except that Ross Chastain is a fricking animal!
And the fact he did it to Denny... You almost feel bad for him.

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but after the race multiple drivers called for NASCAR to officiate moves like Chastain's in the future. They say the door has been opened to do that at *any* track, so there needs to be a rule (Logano suggested if you hit wall, you can't gain a spot).

Not surprised stale Logano is against it.
Logano is a Pussy.

Is this move now called the "Chastain Rim Job"?

Larson was one of them.
"That's not a good look for our sport. Maybe you guys think it's cool. I think it's embarrassing."
I just lost some respect for Larson.
He didn't strike me as a beta.

I’m still in shock as to what we just saw

The best part is Hamlin having to watch him go by, he already had enough points to put him out, but passed him too, lol

NASCAR is scratching their nuts at how to solve this one.

They'll put a rule in, but everyone will remember that Ross Chastain pulled it off when it was legal

Larson. So disappointed he’s a damn asswipe too.
Hamlin lost the position and smiled. Larson and Logano should run for congress. They belong with those assholes.

How about if you wreck the car in front of you on the last lap to win the race, you can’t gain a spot. See how fricktards like Joey would like that rule.
