Why the frick do officials ruin shite all of the time. There is no reason to make that call unless you just don’t want review to overturn you.

Doesn’t matter if the whistle blew or not. The official determined his forward process stopped before the reach. The play isn’t over once the whistle blows. It’s over when the ball is ruled dead.
