Gallo pretty much said that he knows trade rumors and transactions are a part of the business and that he would love to stay with the Rangers.
He then said it ultimately isn’t up to him and he then thanked the Rangers’ fans if tonight (he hit a game winning three run bomb) ultimately is his last game with the franchise. He then finished by saying that he hopes he gets to make more memories in Texas, but he didn’t want to miss out on an opportunity to say thank you.
He also thanked Emily Jones, the broadcast reporter, for all she’s done and she started breaking down about it.
There is video on the rangers subreddit. I pretty much paraphrased though.

I would really like for the Rangers to trade him with an agreement that we’ll re-sign him in FA. He gets to compete for two years with a decent team and then would come back to Texas at the beginning of our prospects hitting the big leagues.
