Byron doesn't have that closing mentality like the other two Hendrick drivers have.

He was out of gas.

No shite, that still doesn't mean he's good at closing out races

Busch wins, transmission/shifter problems and low fuel didn’t stop him.

There is a Kyle who is ridiculously good but it’s not Larson.

Larson may be good but I can’t base on this year. He’s winning by so much and his teammates are all running up front. So it’s as much equipment as him.

Dude, he won in Ganassi equipment. He's pretty damn good.

Just realized the Fourth of July weekend race is…. Road America.

Man, I wish it was still Daytona.

Is someone other than Eliott,Truex or Larson going to win a road course?

I'd probably go Hamlin or Slogano but it's unlikely.

Who at NASCAR thought it was a good idea to have a Daytona race at the peak of hurricane season? Idiots.

Not the same as ridiculously good.
I looked it up and he won 6 races with Chip in 4 years. More than I thought actually.
Jamie McMurray won 5 with Gnassi.
3 of Kyle’s 6 were at Michigan.
He seems to be very good at getting out front and staying there. I have not seen him do much with adversity.
Yes he’s good.

They won't be equipment good enough to win. Top 10 is probably their ceiling. MAYBE top-5 for Dinger

Cindric led quite a few laps in the Cup race at COTA, so I don’t think equipment will be an issue for him.

He's definitely the best of the Penske bunch when it comes to road racing because of his open wheel roots - I have a feeling he's going to have a good career ahead of him starting next year when he fills in Brad's seat.

Overall Ford has been pretty mediocre at road courses the past few seasons. Blaney won on accident (Charlotte) and thats about it

Probably not. Chase is the king of road courses right now w/MTJ 2nd.

I wish. Love Kurt.
Can’t stand Kyle except when he’s beating 9, 24, 5 or 48. Haha.

That leads credence to Kurt Busch leaving. Think they knew Kurt was taking Monster elsewhere.

Damn that’s awesome. I’m pulling for them to make it work. They have Ty Norris running the team, and at one time were talking about having their shop in downtown Nashville. Hope that’s still on the table.
