B/c there is only 1 side. Teresa destroyed Dale's legacy(DEI) by being an incompetent boob and a selfish bitch. She had every opportunity to hand majority control to Junior and Kelley, who know how to run a race operation, but she refused. DEI would still be here today and probably a power team like it was in the early 2000's if she had just let the siblings run DEI. Quit trying to be a contrarian here. There is no other side.

Sounds like Dale Sr. was a major contributor to the shitshow by not doing proper planning.
It’s always easy to blame the survivors.
Not saying she isn’t everything people are saying about her. But obviously she had some legal grounds that Sr. should have taken care of in advance.

There are numerous people with negative stories about Teresa, though, not just Dale Jr. His sister, his brother, Ty Norris, etc. all have bad things to say about her. And one undeniable fact is that DEI went from being a top team, to no longer existing under her ownership and direction.

Actually they ending up ruling a surname can’t be trademarked by anyone so there is the Earnhardt collection. Hell I could go start and Earnhardt collection if I wanted too.

If all she was after was money, she had all the ability to put DEI in the hands of people who would keep it successful. She floundered that opportunity.

Martha, Dale's mom, didn't think much of her either.
Here's an interview with her from a few years ago. Apparently Junior's mom threw down with Teresa at grandma's house.

I don’t think SR. planned on going into the wall in turn 4. He was taken too early and at this time, and it was well understood Thundercunts feelings for any kids not hers.
When dale and Teresa were married, Jr. and Kelley had no part in any of SR. Business. Jr. and Kelley were still in school. I promise he didn’t think to update his will every 2 years because Kelley wanted no part in racing and Jr. was a young half drunk kid. Would you want to leave an empire to kids like that?
Had he known what they would build on their own, SR. would have helped them in other ways besides leaving them the keys to his estates.
