That's true but Martinez should have came out earlier in his inning. He was having problems locating the ball.

This game is over. We can score more runs but we don’t have any arms to stop NC State. We’ll always go back and second guess throwing Fincher opening night, but I’m not sure how much of a difference it would have made. Hell, Rider may have knocked around Jennings, he wasn’t sharp yesterday.

My internal sources have told me LSU has sent Louisiana Tech a cease and desist letter over their use of the name "Louisiana" and will be requiring them to use their Louisiana state legislature mandated name of ULL Tech University.

Well it was a hell of a season for Tech. Tbh, if you would have told me before the year they’d be hosting a regional and in the regional final, I’d have bet my house against you. Nothing to hang heads about, pitching depth got to them the second half of the year.

Meh, I’m a ULM alumn, La Tech has a pretty decent fanbase for a town the size of Ruston. They do have some hardcore fans for sure, I had a friend’s son play basketball for La Tech a few years ago and went to Ruston to watch several games, I was surprised by the attendance and some crazy middle aged white men who danced and yelled at referees all night. They have a decent following and sports atmosphere, especially for Ruston
