True, but they did lose 2 at #2 Vanderbilt, 2 at LSU, 3 at #6 Mississippi State, 1 against #13 Florida in Hoover, and 1 against #4 Tennessee in Hoover. So none at home and all but two against top teams. LSU at home isn't an easy win either. You can't just look at wins/losses. They had the #2 SOS. Half of the field would have a similar, if not worse record against those teams.

Definitely one to watch. Will Dion got knocked around early in the year, but in his last five outings he's got 30 innings pitched, given up two earned runs and 41 strikeouts.

Vandy never pitches off in the first game of their regional. They always have a deep enough staff to just mow teams down in games 1 and 2 and then beat you with their 3 when whoever makes it to the finals is out of pitching.
