I think he’s been pretty tough on lefties, may be part of trying to piecemeal a replacement for Harris in that regard

I’ll take that swap for a promising LHP prospect. Some say he is the 2nd best behind Gore. Martinez is always going to have stone hands in the field. Arozerena could be a diamond in the rough, but some of the OF surplus had to go.

Maybe, but these moves that were made dont really have toooo much to do with him. We- 1)simply have too many OF, and 2)many hope the trade was for pieces to get mookie or arenado.

The trade was to get 40 man space to get a back up catcher and either sign Ozuna or promote Carlson to the 40 man.
A lot of Cardinal fans are going to be disappointed when they realize this wasn't part of a larger plan to get Arenado or Betts.
