Why did NBCSN go to a hockey show instead of what they were supposed to show

Because they have no news to report. Hopefully that means he’s alive. Just a guess.

Seems like with any other wreck they would’ve given a condition on the driver by now.

Amy Lawrence
@ALawRadio
Daytona update: multiple reports indicate Ryan Newman was AWAKE when they were helping him out of the car and that he was rushed directly into the trauma center of the local hospital. Still praying!

No idea who Amy Lawrence is.

It seems like none of the networks know anything, or know what or how to report it?

No knowledge of the racetrack. Does ground transport make more sense than airlift?

I hope that's true. I'm praying for Newman and his family this evening.

The hospital is pretty much across the street from the track.

Hamlin caused the wreck. He pushed Blaney to get him loose and it caused Blaney to drop behind Newman and causing his car to turn hard to the right

Pretty close.

I honestly don’t know. If they cancelled it, then it was done before they knew the outcome of the accident.

Nascar America was not on the TV guide to be on tonight. Mine says America Ninja Warrior. Tonight's lineup on NBCSN is screwed up because they picked up the Caps game because Ovi is going for his 800th goal.

NBCSN not airing Nascar America has nothing to do with what happened.

Yeah, that's not a good sign at all.

Depends if they have a helo available. It takes time to fire up a helicopter. I dont know where the hospital is but it could have easily been faster to just drive.
