This. Chuck is asking the ole chicken or egg question. Do you get Howard going and hope the rest if the team can still be efficient? Or do you let Harden and co do their usual thing and work Howard in as the game progresses.

Chuck's right that Houston can't win longterm this way because Dwight not gonna do this every night.
But right now Houston is down 0-1. They aren't in a position to pick and chose how they want to win games. If this is just a one night thing for Dwight, they need to ride him and figure the rest out tomorrow.

Honestly, it looks like Harden has been almost throwing up prayers. He's so aggressive offensively. It can be good, but it can be bad if he isn't in a groove because his shots are of a lower percentage.

How was that a shooting foul? LA didn't fully have possession of the ball and then he just threw his hands up.
ETA: It was a foul, just should have been called on the floor.

portland is getting great ball movement. houston came out not ready to play with the game tied at home down 0-1.

Yea that's Joel Meyers, the everyday guy for the Pels.
Our only bright spot in the postseason.

Two non sense calls. Refs trying to keep this close.

Houston already in the bonus

I just came here to say the same. Portland's lead got too big, refs calling way more fouls than the first half, and mainly on Portland it seems.

If Lopez doesn't give Howard a clear lane, he's whistles for a foul.
