At some point, Tiger will have to change his game. He can't drive with the big boys and trying to do it like he used to just ain't working. He can't muscle his way around the course anymore and it shows.
Wtf are you talking about?

Nah, my reading comprehension is just fine. Whether or not Koepka cares about what people think was completely irrelevant to what was being discussed.
Here’s the comment that started said conversation

It seems like he should be a star but the guy just doesn't move the needle. It does surprise me that Jordan Spieth isn't shown more.

That's a good question. Tommy Roy, NBC's Executive Producer is the best in the business now that Frank Chirkanian is no longer with CBS. With the amount of coverage they are providing I'm sure they are using some Golf Channel assets particularly on the cameras. There were times this morning that I couldn't follow shots into the green nor follow the ball once it landed on the green. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow. And I might add that NBC's announcing crew can offset some of the shitty camera shots. They have surpassed CBS and are now #1 in my mind.
It just seems like every year it’s the same issues no matter who covers it. I’m sure with everything being not as green, the rain, weird sun angles etc it’s harder. But even the quality of the picture always seems to be worse than normal to me
I don’t pay much attention to announcers besides McCord and Feherty, but it is nice not to have Johnny Miller around anymore

McCord has to have some interesting pictures tucked away of the CBS brass after coverage has ended. And he's the same off camera. One strange dude.
I enjoy Gary Koch with NBC and Maltbie on the ground is the best on course reporter.

and 4 months is 17 weeks so 7 in 18 isn't enough different from 8 in 17 to base anything on it.

I'm guessing the MSB is rooting for Finau out of the guys near the top since the peeps seem divided on Bruce?
I see a certain player I'd like to root for, but a wise man once said this on here:
Granted the major tournament is in Europe this weekend, but still.

I hope their grandfather's are proud of what they did. I'll be dammned if my Capt Bill (my grandfather) went to Europe in '43 so I could sit here on the internet and root for some POS Spanish fig to win the Masters.
frick this.

I’m rooting for Rickie every major until he gets one

He will probably get a haircut before he wins a major.

He plays well in the Open when the weather sucks
I’d be rain dancing tonight if I were him

Awesome, leaderboard I went to look at featured a big picture of one of the guys tied for 143rd

I think the golf channel lost all of its cameramen based off the first 35 minutes of coverage here

Faldo’s inability to do math to guess what the cut will be tomorrow is quite comical.
Im worried this take by me is about to be so bad

Spieth has putter locked in early

I don’t care who wins as long as it’s not JB Holmes or Tyrell Hatton

Tommy needs to put up a decent score tomorrow and he’ll be in contention Sunday

That’s the kinda expert hard hitting analysis Faldo usually gives us
