LEADERBOARD

TEE TIMES

Delayed by a few months but here it is folks: the 3rd best major but at least its back on a network that knows how to do golf and has the GOAT golf theme.

LINK

Our national championship returns to the NY metro area and stately Winged Foot

Your favorites will be DJ and Jonny Rahm. We can only hope DBro and Patty Reed can act as the villains we both need and deserve.

Of course for this thread to make it over a hundred pages we will need this on Sunday:

When do they normally announce tee times? I'd assume Monday, right?

I had Wed and Fri tickets until they nixed having spectators. Pretty disappointed that I won’t see Winged Foot in person.

DJ, Rahm, JT

Rinse and repeat over the next 5-10 years. 10-15 for Rahm and JT.

Agree. Course looks to favor a draw off the tee, so Schauffele would be my #1 followed by Rory and Reed

Right to left ball flight has some history at Winged Foot. Important that those guys are on and hitting fairways though. Otherwise it's gonna take a legendary Houdini act to win. I think somebody almost pulled that off once but it ended in a spectacular flame out. Wonder who I'm thinking of

Going to be hard to break par on this set up. Gil Hanse brought back the greens to the original design and the rough is very penal.

The new greens look incredible. Could be fun. Not sure anyone breaks par.
