Oh, you did.
Mercy was beating St. Louis by like 40.
They interviewed Mercy's coach at the end of the 3rd quarter and asked him "Do you need to make any adjustments before the 4th quarter?"
You can't make that shite up. Like no, we don't. This is a 7th grade basketball game and we're up by 40.

Bump for a request for an update
The Big 10 Championship Tournament will be held on February 25-29. I will do a full preview once the brackets are released. Seeding is still being determined.
Here are some of the Tournament Championship games from this season (Not all teams play in each tournament):
Sacred Heart Tournament:
St. George defeated CHS
Holy Family Tournament:
Holy Family defeated CHS
St. George Tournament:
St. Aloysius defeated St. George
St Thomas More Tournament:
St. Theresa defeated St. Aloysius
I would say there are currently 3 different tiers of teams and this weekend's St. Jude Tournament should finalize the seeding:
Tier 1 (in no particular order):
St. Theresa
St. Aloysius
St. George
Tier 2
CHS
Sacred Heart
Tier 3
OLOM
St. Jude
St. Thomas More
Holy Family

Only programs like Duke Basketball, Alabama Football, and St. George Basketball are disappointed after fourth place finishes.

Yeah in the 8th grade game, St. Louis upset Mercy by 3 points making St. Louis a hopeful bubble team.
They had a letdown loss in their next game by about 20 points to CHS though.
Cox 4 should put the Big 10 Championship on TV. Would probably kill it ratings wise.

Whoa, when did they get good.
They have been terrible for the most part recently.

The 8th Grade Big 10 Bracket is out. The bracket looks like this.
Top Half:
First round game - OLOM vs. St. Thomas More - Winner plays St. Aloysius
This first round game should be highly competitive. STM and OLOM are both playing very good basketball right now. STM's point guard has been on fire from 3 lately. Mercy has a recent win against St. Aloysius.
Second Round Game - CHS vs. Sacred Heart
These two teams met twice in the regular season with CHS winning both in close fashion. This is a matchup of 2 of the most athletic and best back courts in the league.
Winner of St. Aloysius vs. OLOM/STM plays winner of CHS/Sacred Heart for a trip to the championship game.
Bottom Half:
First Round Game - Holy Family vs. St. Jude - Winner plays St. Theresa
Holy Family is probably the most scrappy team in the league. They put pressure both full court and half court on teams the entire game. This is a clash of styles as St. Jude is front court heavy and relies on their size down low to give teams trouble. Both teams have played in tournament championship games this season.
Second Round Game - St. George vs St. Louis
These two teams have not met this season, but I would expect an exciting up tempo game. St. Louis has one of the best inside out players in the league, and it will be interesting to see how the St. George coaches try to neutralize him.
Winner of St. Theresa vs. Holy Family/St Jude plays winner of St. George/St. Louis for a trip to the championship game.
This should be a great tournament.

Holy Family's point guard is one of the best, he makes up the whole team!
