Increase number of rentals at similar cap rates as current ones. Expand new business. Diversify more into stock portfolio.

Grow my business revenue 5x, bring on 2-3 additional employees

- max out my wife's and my 401K
- invest 100% of my net paycheck and 20% of my wife's paycheck
- budget and track expenses
Really the same as 2020 which we succeeded in. But I anticipate that 2021 will be more challenging as it was easy to keep expenses under control during COVID

3-6 Months of Emergency Fund
I allowed my desires and impulse allow me get my goals out of order. I’ve invested a nice little chunk (for me) over the year in the stock market before solidifying 6 months of all bills in my savings account. I have the total, but larger portion in the market. Sold myself on that idea by taking advantage of the Covid stocks plummeting early in the pandemic. I would get it out and in my account within a week, but I want the amount total in my savings
That’s my first goal, the other is a little more personal but still financial.

Keep doing what I’ve been doing.
Max HSA
Max 401k
Max IRA
Those are the building blocks.
No consumer or student loan debt. Mortgage at 3% so no rush to pay that off.
Getting married so combining our finances is going to be an “objective” for the year. We’ve got a pretty good system right now but just need to combine and close some accounts eventually.
