I've been buying a little each of the past few days and will continue to do so.

Also gonna dump some of my tobacco stocks and roll into voo or qqqm.

The same thing we do every week, Pinky: invest the same amount in the same funds in the same percentage.

Because reasonable people don't try to time the market.

What happens when you run out of money to buy?

I jumped in premarket NVDA, AMZN and AMD.

Adding to my positions on the first two and getting back in AMD after selling 6 weeks ago or so.

If I still want to buy, it means I’m still of working age. If I run out of money while of working age, I have a much larger problem on my hands than breaking my weekly investment streak.

Same here and it's more this month because it's a 5 paycheck month for me and that entire paycheck gets invested.

No intentions

I think the market is sending signal that they want a rate drop

I don’t have a lot in cash anyway

Historically rate cuts = market downturn. Obviously the inverse happened during COVID, but that's why we're here in the first place. I'm aggressive with moving my money around and people always call me dumb. I went cash on Wednesday. I'm going to be buying back in a quarter at a time. Take that FWIW.

Sure you Baws have the exact numbers, but something like 50% or more of your gains over a 20 year period come from a handful of specific days. Sitting out those days trying to time the market would be disastrous.

Yep. I buy as it goes up and buy as it goes down. Long play.

I’d wait through September. I bought some SNAP today, but broad base buying for me is done until late September. This is either early signs of much worse to come or just a summer correction. Right now I feel like this is just a summer correction.
