Are they just trying to demonstrate how much they can manipulate the market?

Most of them don’t know to be honest. Some people are going to be mad in the end

They arent manipulating the fricking market. The hedge funds have been manipulating markets! The brokers are. CNBC is...

Unless I’m just completely reading wrong, GME and AMC beg to differ.

Chamath laying down the truth about this on CNBC. This is elites vs retail. They don’t like that they lost and are losing big here

I don't think there's an end game.

The GME endgame was to frick over the hedge-fund shorts and now it has spilled over into a national phenomenon of throwing money at every ticker that has high short interest.

GME was more of a coordinated effort. What it spawned is really just euphoric mania IMO.

probably going to blow up and cause a short flash crash, but I think it may keep going for a bit,

Long Vix is a great way to play this, up 27% today right now

Why do you think you missed it? Someone else started a thread yesterday about missing GME and the next GME. If you had bought GME yesterday you would have made 113%. Nothing says it won’t go up even further.

What’s the end game on all these hedge fund shorts?

Are they just trying to demonstrate how much they can manipulate the market?
