Primary residence - 25 years left at 2.6%
2 rentals - 5.75%
1 rental - 8% (middle of last year)

I'm calling on the 8% next week. Talked to my banker yesterday and he said they run a little behind everyone else.

2.75 with 26 years left. We also had an FHA loan, so we only paid closing costs. If the wife even mentions houses or Zillow I explain the math to her and shake my head no at the same time.

What is the point of this thread? I clicked expected to find useful answers on what people are hearing for mortgage rates NOW.

Not a circle jerk on what your rate is from a few years ago at all time lows.

Be better. Or give an actual answer on what rates are NOW.

139 months left at 3.25%

Locked in spring of 2022 just when fed reserve started shutting down the spigot. Remember trying to get the deal closed and thinking I’d be getting bad news from the loan officer any day that I wouldn’t get my rate. Paid off 0% car loans and everything else to try and look more attractive.

Sold out of a 2.75 into a 3.25

If you opened a fareplay thread and expected anything but caricatures, that’s on you.

No, that would be me. Patiently waiting for it to fall a little more before making a move.

I believe 30 year fixed rate mortgages for primary residence are in the ballpark of 6.0% give or take .50% up/down.
Haven’t gotten any quotes but I think that’s the general ballpark range for right now.

25 years left at 2.9%. I want a bigger house but I can't stomach how much it'd cost to finance now

I'm in 5 years at 15 at 2.25%, but I'm going to sell next year. Building again, but will have no mortgage on the other side.
