Market is indifferent to the shutdown.

I think the general cycle out of AI is continuing

AI bubble is losing air. Not so much a pop (yet) but more of a loud hiss. Nasdaq may underperform for a while IMO

Now if Nvidia misses earnings, prepare your butts

I dont really understand why people think AI is a bubble. At least for the major players like Nvidia, Microsoft, Google, etc, its real products, real hardware, real compute. Its being bought and used.

The actual "slowdown" is actually going to be access to chips and energy.

At least in this case, cash is chasing actual revenue.

An hour and a half later than you posted this the s&p is now in the green for today. Right now anyway. If it goes red again it might make you jump off a bridge

Market volatility due to people taking into consideration the recent job losses, AI pullout continues, economists expecting slow retail holiday spending and the likelihood that the Fed may not cut rates in December.
