Meh. With everything already being canceled, it was only a matter of time. Interestingly, Disney world is not closed yet?

It's like they are intentionally trying to tank things. They could have easily put out this news today during trading and let the markets absorb it. Seems like good news is buried in the middle of bad days and bad news always comes out right after closing, setting up a fresh batch of panic selling for the next day.

This is the indicator I’ve been waiting for. Bottom should be near.

If that ws just Disneyland, remember there is also Disney World in Orlando.

I'm looking for 80s for it. $60 dollars down off the high. with a divi.... Gotta love times like this if you invest.

They will start marketing to those that have the virus yet exhibit no symptoms/illness and those who have had it and recovered, and re-open. Soon, soon I say. Airlines, casinos and hotels/restaurants can follow suit....#gallowshumor don't slap me.

I returned last evening from a 5 day visit to WDW. All seemed normal there.

How long should a person wait before buying some DW stock?

Don't wait too long, but don't buy early.

That's about the gist of it.

The most sure thing there is is that DIS will one day be $152 per share (a new all time high).

So buying at 90 or 75 ultimately doesn’t matter too much.
Ideally you would buy consistently thus hitting all price levels....all the way down and back up.

Probably my favorite stock that I’ll be buying in this recession. Disney is amazing and will always be around. Tomorrow should bring it down a solid chunk, and I wouldn’t buy for a bit.

What would drive this stock up? Good news on the virus.

Do you think that’s coming tomorrow or next week? Nah.

The longer these parks are closed and basketball games aren’t being played on ESPN. They will continue to slide. I don’t know when to exactly get in, but I’m gonna do my best to hold off. I want a lot of this company in my 401/Roth. Just gonna try and grab it lower. Much lower.

Have to remember they are also relying pretty heavily on their streaming bid, disney plus now. That is launching in India/Europe this month.

With that said, nothing can really overshadow the cloud cast by the parks, their crown jewel, being closed

Not really. You have to think long term.

It will be 70 dollars down tomorrow. So what if you miss 5 dollar low. That's not making you a lot of money.

The game is it will rebound with the market and you will make 70 per share
