yea binance is just the first to copy-paste Ethereum. others will follow soon enough like Fidelity. once major US brokerage firms start their own blockchain, which will happen soon, its possibly game over

this is also the problem with 99% of alts. why would users pay $ to use Ethereum when other alternatives exist? this is all just open source software that anyone has access too.

You guys under estimate network effects and first mover advantage . Blockchain depends on users securing the network. You can throw out all kind of blockchains but if they don’t have any users they won’t take off.

thats kinda the point though, binance does have users, fidelity does have users, td ameritrade does users, etc

point being, eth will not go away and innovation will continue on mainnet but the game is just going to become more competitive once the major brokerage firms enter the scene

At some point centralization defeats the purpose of blockchain.

Short GME at $4 for $1M worth of shares.

You now have $1M dollars.

Good luck after that.

HUMBL will either go to the moon or zero. They need to get the app released and get some patents issued by end of April at the latest.

Others have already said the right answer in BTC.

Not kidding.

I have an acquaintance that owns trailer parks that he uses to run what amounts to a rent-to-own scheme targeting Hispanics. He makes a killing screwing over poor, uneducated people. I feel certain that there is a special place in hell for him and his ilk.

When CATV completes their name change in the next couple weeks, I would guess more exposure would really boost this stock to the next level.

People think it’s still a cable company.

Fine by me. It is amazing though. Based on current revenue they are worth .15-.25. They are so undervalued it’s absurd. With significant catalysts for legalization down the road for Florida in 2022 and the current CBD normalization/craze, it becomes a lock of a stock for making a killing both short term and long term. With legalization, current share structure and looking at competitors this stock has the potential of reaching 2-4 dollars. Just look at Tilray, Aurora, and Cronos for comparison.

I believe you. No different than slum lords or penny stock operators (a former friend of mine made a killing working for Thomas James in Dallas - until he and his colleagues got indicted), there are opportunistic crooks in every industry. But one can also make a good, honest living, and not just take advantage of vulnerable people.

Whether it’s real estate, stocks, options, futures, crypto or a startup, it’s *possible* to do what’s being asked in the OP. But it would require a great deal of planning and skill, plus a good amount of luck. What most people are presenting seems to require the luck component, more than anything else. IMO, too many are thinking that what the equity, options and crypto markets have yielded over the past year is the “new normal”. After watching ups & downs over the past four decades, I kinda doubt it. But we’ll see.

Double? You’re only going to be able to charge what the rental market will bear. Only if the current owner’s rents are substantially below market would that be possible.
