And if it is moving quick you may need to be a touch above...Fidelity lets you roll to market orders once above a buck...(I think)

It's possible your funds haven't settled yet.
TDA does this as well. Can't buy options or OTC with unsettled cash.

I tried buying CBBT three times yesterday, kept getting the pink slip warning, apparently Fidelity thinks they have to advise their customers on penny stocks so I think you have to actually call them and let them counsel you on whether you should spend YOUR money on penny stocks,
I’ve used Fidelity 5 years now, this is the first time I’ve been disappointed with an action by them, it’s cost me the chance at a lot of money in 2 days. I’m an adult and know that ther is risk in penny stocks amd ANY other stock .

That too, look at the cash available for investment when you click to trade. If it’s zero, you have to wait for it to clear. And it’s not that you have to call E*TRADE to advise them. There shouldn’t be any warning at all.

Etrade won’t let me buy either
I'm on E-Trade. They definitely let's you buy TSNP. As others have said, limit order somewhere above the ask price. It's possible it's a funding issue, though. You have enough money available for withdrawal to fund the order? It's possible they don't let you buy OTC with funds that haven't settled.

Good Morning fellas:
I posted this on the ZOM board. The traditional play on in PENNEYLAND is to grab profits and run to the next Penny. As you know that's not my way.....ok TSNP once again sits at 25% gains......but, we enter DOLLARLAND.
If your not familiar, many intuitions are restricted from pennies...CANNOT BUY. Now that TSNP is over $1 a entire additional part of the investment community gets to play. THE BIG MONEY INSTUITIONS.
Remember what you hold. Don't rush to grab profits, let this one marinate for a week or so. Gotta give the intuitions time to find us. GL

My first buy was .2, the remainder drew me up to .4, but damn I dont really know how to do this. My conservative self wants to cash it out and add to my mutual fund balances.....but I am riding with you nuts.

Now see this is the type of info that is long term help for us novices.
This is good info that will benefit me in future decisions.
AT you are the man!
Thank You

Fidelity lets me buy pink sheets, but apparently CBBT is considered a "Dark" because there is no financial information available at all and they block these trades even if you have approved Pinks in your account.

I'm pissed. I did not buy enough shares, and E*Trade will not release my funds in the account I really want to buy through. What's the consensus on this? Is it still a good buy at $1.20, or do we wait for a dip?

I may never see you in real life dude but here’s a big Ole Internet hug from a 36 year old newbie penny trader to you. I have always been a long term investor and decided to do a little penny investing around November. Damn sure glad I did.

Don’t cash it out. There is too much upward trajectory. The damn ticker hasn’t even changed names and people are seeing value in the vision of this company. PayPal just fled India, humbl has been there since November securing deals. We are about to take over the second biggest market in the world. Hold the line!
