would be inclined to say "never" at this point, or more likely, no time soon. SE is in growth/expansion mode. actual earnings won't matter for some time
Do think the resistance of $300 is going to prove to be real again? I was kind of waiting to what that will do.

Sea Ltd. may benefit from multiple earnings growth drivers thanks to its foothold in e-commerce, gaming and payments businesses, HSBC says. The Singapore-based technology firm is expected to record revenue growth of 37% CAGR in 2020-2023, helped by its competitive positioning across Southeast Asia, it says. The technology company could turn free-cash flow positive by 2023, HSBC adds. New game launches, a surge in e-commerce gross merchandise value and adoption of new digital financial services could all act as key positive catalysts for the stock. The bank maintains a buy rating and target price of $315.00 on Sea Ltd.'s ADRs, which last closed 2.7% lower at $289.72.
SE is slipping based on the China crash evidently.
Tencent is a major stakeholder but SE ADRs are not tethered to the Chinese markets and not subject to PRC interference
maybe a good place to enter this week

And its down this AM. Is this going to mirror last quarters earnings for some of the tech sector or is China weighing TSLA down for some reason?

I don't really care about the price movement following ERs as I am not day/swing trading anything right now. I just care that the company is executing and achieving great results.
I think a few things are happening today tho, natural correction as most of tech/growth has been on a heater for the last few weeks, concerns out of china, people covering pre-earnings.
