experts are of the opinion that as of last earnings call FSLY was no longer handling any traffic for tiktok. That doesn’t mean it will stay that way and clearly tiktok has an open door to come back.
FSLY is in a relatively comfortable position among the DX stocks, in that many of its large customers are in travel, tickets, etc (severely impacted by COVID). Despite that it’s growth has been explosive, and they’ve just gone live with their new edge and security solutions. So they can grow no matter what happens in the short term with COVID
up 15% in the last 5 days. That’s what we want, a steady advance.

just did a rudimentary search for tiktok user experience comments.
there is some evidence that latency issues have gotten worse since they moved off of FSLY edge.
nothing scientific here obviously but I would not be surprised if they move some traffic back. Commerce Dept declined yesterday to enforce the ban and now it seems that the matter is tabled for now
