How did this thread die the day before earnings?

Anyway, looks like a mixed reaction based on not meeting earnings estimates, yet some other potentially exciting developments.

I actually hedged a little and bought puts yesterday which were up nicely by close today. Not sure how it will look tomorrow based on the current movement.

* Lost TikTok due to U.S. interference
* DBNER substantially higher
* Traffic issues in Q3 resolved
* Signal Sciences in revenue as of Q4
* The second-highest quarter of new customer additions since going public
* Gross Margins higher

Ended up adding more at 70. Not sure if I was overly pessimistic heading into earnings, but I was pleased with what I heard. Edge going into production is huge.

yes

key takeaways are that tiktok is gone (finally) and that’s the dip in revenue and profit. Compute@edge is live. Signal sciences revenue will be in the Q4 report. They added enterprise customers and the shortfall in existing customer traffic they warned about last week has been resolved

Strong hands will be rewarded

Is this a good price to add more? Are we thinking we’ve seen the bottom?

I am not going to speculate on the bottom, I have been wrong about that before. But I will say this, it's the perfect time to get into FSLY if you like it long term.

We got through the uncertainty around this earnings and updated guidance - with no material changes to the business structure or long term outlook.

The TikTok mess is over with, there is no need to worry about that anymore.

FSLY had a good quarter growing it's customer base. The reason TikTok mattered so much was because of it's low concentration of customers. To see FSLY have it's second best quarter of customer growth since IPO was a great sign.

Signal Services revenue will start coming in 4th Quarter.

So from a long term perspective - it looks like all the grey clouds that have caused this massive, and probably justified, drop from the $120's are in the rear view mirror. The thematics of this business going forward look just as promising as they did when the stock was trading in the $120's.

The price may drop from here in the short term, who knows - but long term it looks good and there is nothing in the visible horizon to think the stock price will take another massive drop, so I wouldn't worry about timing it perfectly if you want in, I would take the current discounted price and load up.

It’s at 68 right now which is an excellent entry point IMO.

Couldn’t even begin to guess with how volatile things have been with both FSLY and the market itself

Added to my position. In for the long haul.

Perspective: Do you think this stock will retest it's highs in the next, say....2 years?

If so, it's a no doubt hold.
