If the IRS does not have your direct deposit information on file and you qualify for a payment, you will receive a paper check. Mailing of paper checks is expected to begin in late April or early May and is likely to take several months to complete, but there are steps you can take to avoid having to wait for a paper check.

You would still get a stimulus payment if you made 197,999 (granted it would be for almost $0). You could get stimulus payments if your AGI is over $200k if you have kids as it phases out at the same rate from a higher starting number ($2400 for the couple and then $500 per kid). It is also important to remember that this is AGI not gross income so you could easily have ~$40k+ (2x max 401k + HSA + insurance premiums) above the line deductions. A married couple with 2 kids could have a gross income of $260k and still get a stimulus payment.
None of the above answered your question. To answer your question, an income of $260k in La is poor at least according to TD.

My AGI was literally within 200 of yours. Mine was higher btw so congrats on being poor.
No but really, Mine hit today. Family of 4. Max was 3400 and we got 2400 so 1000 less due to being over income limit. Theres still time it'll come.
Now I have no idea your family situation so could be more or less depending on kids and wife. If no Wife/kids then I take back the congrats on being poor part above!

I had to resubmit my direct deposit info 3 times before it actually worked
You have a link to make that chance? I haven't found it,

So, if I had to pay in 2018 then I will have to go give them the banking info?
Posted on 4/15/20 at 3:05 pm to Janky
That's what I'm wondering. I paid in 2018, but I can;t find a link to send my banking account information. Although it's the same account i used to pay them.

That's the link I've already tried. It gives me this after entering information:
Please Try Again Later

You have already accessed the system the maximum number of times today.

Does the IRS have your bank information from your 2018 filing? There is a website to go and make sure they have your banking information because paper checks will take a long time (i.e. September for you).
IRS has all of my info from 2018, even my bank info (despite me not getting a refund in 2018)
The message I got every time today was
"Payment status not available"
"According to our information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time."
Now I'm locked out
fricking IRS

Called them and they said they had already rejected it, and there was nothing they could do.

It should be sarcasm, but there was actually a baw here the other day claiming that he and his wife were "working class" on a 300k household gross in Louisiana. It's tough to discern when dealing with many idiots.

I'll be setting it aside for 2021 IRA contribution.

I put $100 in my Robinhood account to play the stock game because I have no idea what I’m doing so I may as well lose a little free money.
The rest is gonna be saved. I’ve been lucky and haven’t missed a check in the crisis yet but I really don’t make much money and have a pretty tight budget. Really trying to get the 3 month savings while building a down payment for a new car in about 2 years so the rest is saved.
