Is that a good sign or bad sign?

Looks like shorters are back if he is saying his shares were leant out.

With no material updates to the manufacturing facility, contracts with customers, stock listing to Nasdaq or epa approval, the shorters are going to keep driving it down

If you are looking to buy more shares, it's probably good.

HGRAF has been tight lipped about what is going on, right now. Just waiting for EPA approval. I take that as a good sign. If they were a "pump and dump", they would be pumping it. They aren't doing that. They seem to be hiring people who can help with government contracts.

I assumed this would happen. People are getting tired of waiting and short sellers are trying to take advantage. In the end, it won't make a difference, because this thing will either go to zero, or to the moon.

Put a GTC Limited sell order in at $350 per share. This stops naked shorting, using your shares without permission.

The most I can do is around $10 on fidelity.

Do you think this stock could go up over 10 bucks/share on the announcement of EPA approval?

It's possible. EPA approval would be a huge announcement.

Also, in he CEO's interview the other day, she said that they use a 70 liter detonation chamber right now to produce their graphene. She said they will likely just build out a number of those 70 liter units, instead of scaling it up to larger units. Bigger units means bigger explosions. Bigger explosions could lead to bigger issues if something goes wrong. I thought that the EPA approval might be moving slow because of the concern over the size of the detonation chamber. Knowing that that is not a concern makes me feel better about it.

ETA: I don't know nothin' 'bout EPA approvals. The size of the detonation chamber may not have anything to do with the approval. Just my own concers...

No clue about any of that. I do think there's a chance they reverse split to get their stock price higher before NASDAQ, but who knows what that timeline could be.

Decent volume today. Some taking profits (or losses), some accumulating, I guess.

All they have to do is announce any positive moves and this will be up quickly.

CEO said they don't have a timeline for NASDAQ. I think they understand that the EPA announcement, followed by production facility announcement and customer announcements would take this well over the $4 threshold needed. I think the NASDAQ listing will come after they have cleared the threshold. I would be worried if they had to muck around with the numbers in order to get it listed. That would show a lack of confidence, if you ask me.

If we get to 1.20 this week, I’m picking up more.

Talk of another government shutdown probably isn't helping. If the EPA decision is delayed even further because of another government shutdown, then we'll see it go down even further.
