Maybe this post on X in the Hydrograph Investors area will help.
Grok is asked to compare Hydrograph's Fractal Graphene vs First Graphene's Puregraph by poster Dan Pike, He asks for details in several areas such as cost, specs, applications and scalability. Here is the link:
X
Below is the first segment. There is a lot more detailed comparisons in the body of the Grok response,
Overall: HydroGraph is more cost-effective for high-performance, low-loading applications (polymers, coatings, batteries, lightweight composites). PureGRAPH is more economical for bulk, high-volume uses (construction, elastomers) where larger-platelet geometry provides value at moderate loadings.Bottom line: HydroGraph’s Fractal Graphene excels in efficiency, energy use, dispersion, and net incorporation cost due to its nano-fractal design and high SSA utilization. First Graphene’s PureGRAPH offers scale, lower raw cost, and strong aspect-ratio performance for specific macro-properties. Choice depends on the application—HydroGraph for “less is more” premium reinforcement; PureGRAPH for cost-effective bulk additive use. No head-to-head public studies exist, but independent testing (e.g., GEIC Manchester) and company data support these differentiators. HydroGraph’s Fractal Graphene (primarily FGA-1) and First Graphene’s PureGRAPH are both few-layer graphene nanoplatelet products, but they differ fundamentally in structure, production method, and performance characteristics. LINK (Note: First Graphene’s product line is PureGRAPH nanoplatelets/GNPs; there is no evidence of “graphene nanotubes” in their portfolio—the query likely refers to their large-platelet graphene nanoplatelets.)

I bought through Fidelity.
Not sure why it spiked. Could be a low volume buy caused it to pop up. Could be back down tomorrow.

On etrade around lunch there was a bid at $0.26 and ZERO ask. Nothing for sale at all.
I put in a limit order at $0.26 which never filled. Check a few hours later and bid is still $0.26 and the ask is at $0.47 and the last sale showed like $0.35.

Back to HG - found this recent interview on Stocktwits, it really needs more exposure, one of the better ones she's done.

I was able to get a partial fill this morning for 1500 chairs at $.28
Still waiting for the rest to fill if they ever do

When y get them to fill, will you haven’t pay another $50 foreign settlement fee? Or what if they fill tomorrow. I am wondering about that.

I didn’t see a foreign settlement fee on the E*TRADE order
Just the standard 6.95 broker fee
Happy to report I have 3600 shares
Let’s ride…lol

It still seems she is downplaying all of the activities that would affect the stock and selling the product.
I think they are going holding back to make a series of announcements in conjunction with the NASDAQ listing. They have been tight lipped about customers and production build out.
If that is the plan, I kinda like it. Rather than make an announcement that bumps the stock up by a buck, only to see it trickle back down (such as the redomiciling or gas pipeling contract), they are going to combine all of these announcements with the NASDAQ listing and other announcements that have staying power (such as large customer contracts and large scale Hyperion contracts).
They could probably use a huge bump in price to go along with an announcement on financing for the Hyperions, which could mean some dilution...

So they’ve expressed that the NASDAQ up list would happen in July
If that is true, when should we expect to see some official filing notifications?
Would that be towards the end of May? I mean, there’s gotta be some breadcrumbs surely that we should see that are made known to the public

I am a long player on this position and looking to add. Where would be the next entry point? High 4's?

I took a flyer a couple of days ago. I only got 80% of my ask filled, but decided I was happy with that.
I hope they kill it, although I don't have any inside information that they will, other than the fact that they use graphene in their coatings.

Not sure you can time this thing. If you are truly long (a few years), then simply getting in now with the max number of shares you are comfortable holding is what matters.

Excellent interview. I like the ability to rapidly increase reactor count and size plus the fact that they have seen an increase purity and consistency as they increased the size and capacity of the reactors.
Now the money thing still bothers me. She said HG went form a $20 million company to a $1 billion company in 18 months, That's great until you realize that HG did not get all that money. The stock holders got all or most of it.
Most successful disruptive tech companies raise a lot of private capital in order to get to good cash flows and market positions before going public. She stated that she had preferred to stay private but was ok with the current public situation. I think we don't know why they made that decision but they don't have a lot of options for more operating capital if big problems and delays arise which can be expected in start ups.
So a lot of people made good money so far but that growth has not helped HG.
