I believe you can find out on the EDGAR system if they have filed. They may be timing everything to where they apply after they have all the ducks in a row with regards to announcements.
Either they aren't announcing anything because they are coordinating all the announcements, OR, they don't have anything to announce.

I searched SEC EDGAR reports for last 5 years all possible reports.
Above is what was returned under Hydrograph Clean Power inc.

I came up with three entries, but they are all securities offerings disclosure.
Are we sure filing for NASDAQ uplisting would even show up on EDGAR? Not all communications to SEC show up there.

in terms of the Edgar filings - eventually we'll have to see them file an F1 or something similar to do a registration statement - as they are not an SEC registranr yet. The challenge for us is they can and will probably will submit that confidentially until it's gone through review the SEC and then it will probably be public a few weeks before going effective.

That was my understanding too, and why I asked the question. We won't know until late in the game.

It has clearly not been filed for yet. I see a lot of people saying it is supposed to be completed in mid-July. The last thing I heard her say was "Close to May."
If she has amended that to mid-July and it takes 4-8 weeks, it would need to be filed about May the 22nd. I just had the impression that the ball had been rolling already.

I asked about this EDGAR report on Hydrograph Investor Group site on X
X Hydrogrpah Investor group response to my inquiry
"No...I think that's pretty well known that they haven't filed for up list or redomicile yet. They've said it will likely be Q3 for up list, and that redomicile will be happening alongside the up list process. So they wouldn't have filed anything yet related to either."
So is is concerning to me given the lack of information, all of the pumping by certain individuals that are in the know and the lack of actual information. If listed on NASDAQ we would have a lot of information. There is over a $ Billion invested in this company and all we get is some "Trust Me" comments.

I am not that worried. I'm not worried, because I'm in it long term and the NASDAQ listing and redomiciling is secondary to whether or not they can manufacture AND sell billions of dollars of graphene.
I have never believed that this would go from zero to a hundred over night, despite what Kevin Bambrough may say. This is taking longer than a lot of people would like, but I suspect that they are taking their time because customers are taking their time, not only testing out the impact of HGRAF graphene on their products, but comparing it to other graphenes out there, before pulling the trigger and ordering.
If KB is correct, and HGRAF graphene is the best and most cost effective solution for companies that will require 1000's of tons of graphene, then this stock will be sitting on the moon one day. IF he is correct. If not, then those customers will start buying graphene from competitors, and I will get out. It won't be because the NASDAQ listing took too long, or the redomicile didn't happen on the timeline that I thought it should. It will be because they aren't going to become a dominant player in the graphene market as I had hoped. I just hope that if that is the case, I recognize it before I lose too much money.

With y ou r research, have you found Talga Group? They vertically integrated their mine into battery production as if it’s going to be the substance we think it is.
Granted not pristine graphene.

Graphite, not graphene.
As I understated, graphite batteries are about 25% graphite, by weight. With graphene, you can get the same performance using less than 1%.

1) Graphite mining (the foundation)
Talga owns natural graphite deposits in Sweden, especially the Vittangi project. So yes, they are a miner first. That gives them a secure, in-house supply of high-quality graphite.
2) Processing into battery materials (main business)
Their primary commercial focus right now is refining that graphite into battery anode material for lithium-ion batteries. This is where most of their near-term revenue is expected.
3) Graphene production (secondary, earlier-stage)
They also developed ways to turn their graphite into graphene and conductive additives. However, graphene is not their main revenue driver yet. It’s more of a specialty materials play still looking for broader scale adoption.
They make graphene as well according to Chatjipity

Your question is valid. Kirjsten said in an interview (in Feb 2026, or maybe even March 2026) that the nasdaq uplist would be "about May". She needs to let us know what's going on.

More recently, she said Q3 with a target of July.

Way back in the day, during the dot com bubble, an smart man told me generally:
Assume technical success. Watch for signs the management has the ability to play in the big house, to play tackle football.
This is where we are.
