For those that don't think the news is coming out and fear for the price dropping below $4 - HGRAF IS letting the news out in an underhanded way.

Posting a position for plant manager in Bellville, TX was probably intended to tilt the scale towards positive. That tells us where the plant will be and who the acetylene supplier will be. I'm sure someone will figure out where the building they are going to use will be located and that will get around, as well.

This gives them the ability to officially announce this information, along with a slew (hopefully) of other information next week at the AGM.

Don’t do it! Call options on this thing will decimate people. Until they they have a significant amount of purchase orders, even then I would feel it’s too risky to purchase calls. Maybe in the money 2 years out, but look at SLI. It’s been hanging in purgatory for 5 years, and i know a lot of people who lost 99% of their value on $5 calls when it was trading at $6 in early 2022.

HGRAF needs to prove revenue before anyone touches calls.

Common stock is the way to go with this.

As I understand it, they are the only game in town that could fulfill the needs of HGRAF. Since the building probably needs to be close by for logistics reasons, someone can probably find the warehouse that HYGRAF is going to be setting up shop in.

Been my belief for a couple months, and why I mentioned their name a few pages ago.

Not saying this is it, but I would imagine they'll be in something like this.

It's a good area for manufacturing. Port of Houston is 73 miles away and the railroad is 65 miles away.

They will want to be as close to the supplier as logistically possible.
It's about $3 million per mile in Tx to install a new pipeline, that's a minimum, and before getting complicated with right of ways and permits in congested areas. Building the production facility right next to the Western plant in Belview would make the most business sense.

Wasn’t there empty lots across the street from the supplier?

Seeing "Western " in this conversation brought back a memory and a smile. Eddie Chiles used to advertise, "If you don't own an oil well buy one. You'll love doing business with Western". Yeah, like I could just go out and get an oil well. Apologize for getting off topic.

The pictures you linked was from the realtor's website. If you use that address in Google Maps you see that it is very rural and that building is right on a small road with farming buildings very close to it and a railroad tract about 100 yards away.

The reason I am saying that is that this operation should need good security. They will need a lot of enhancements to the grounds for security and in the building itself to make it fire and explosion proof or resistant. There is a lot of work to be done there. I keep having this feeling that there is not a lot of experience in management at production and quality.

Management is an activity and ai did not see much experience in the bios of their management team.

Would you take a small profit it it hits 8 some time in the next two weeks?

I see this thing heading up and down.

I'm not smart enough to time this thing, so I'll just let it ride until my shares at least hit long term status.
