Really? It’s exactly what it sounds like. A signal that the current price may be the top. i.e. don’t buy

These fin-twits are getting ridiculous.

How many YT accounts does Asian AI guy have? I’ve counted at least 10 pumping out the same content in the last few weeks. They all have like 1k followers, despite being created 10 years ago.
Pretty sure it is > 10 but I haven't tried to count them. While they all ultimately cover the precious metals space there are some contrarian channels too.
It seems to be 75%/25% on good/bad info. I do like how absolutely wrecked the economic ninja got over AI baw today. Of course he was spouting his own disinformation in his rant too. He is getting pissy with his followers because he convinced a bunch of people to unload a chunk of their stacks when silver broke $50 and now people are pissed they missed the massive gains because he stated he was rotating into crypto which has dropped in value since that time. Bix Weir is on the opposite end of the spectrum swearing silver will go to $10,000oz and pass gold and he is pretty butthurt over AI baw too. Its just funny to me that these people don't realize they too have pumped out disinformation over the years too. Ego is a funny thing.

You can definitely tell the content creators are butt-hurt because their subscribers keep asking them about info they picked up that the aforementioned guru didn't cover.
Peter Schiff is the best in the Precious Metals space, IMO

Palladium down $300 in one day.
I find it odd that it can randomly drop 15 - 20% in a day, but it never randomly rises at that same clip.
If the volatility of silver & platinum is hard to take the palladium will absolutely drive you insane.
Palladium:
12/28 high - $1,962.80
12/29 low - $1,598.80
Current - $1,658.50
Off - $(304.30)
Platinum:
12/28 high - $2,475.41
12/29 low - $2,052.90
Current - $2,231.10
Off - $(244.31)
Silver
12/28 high - $83.9870
12/29 low - $70.8175
Current - $76.0565
Off - $(7.9305)
Gold
12/28 high - $4,541.91
12/29 low - $4,302.00
Current - $4,385.60
Off - $(156.31)

The way I’m reading the charts this morning, silver is up 6.7% but SLV is only up roughly 3.5%. This looks like a continued separation of the physical and paper trades. I dumped my remaining paper silver yesterday, and was somewhat annoyed that I missed a little bit of a bounce today. That said, I am excited to be out of that shite show.

I mean I can't verify that stuff but I can verify they dumped almost 1.4 billion oz of paper silver in the CME yesterday and while it caused a massive drop they couldn't breach the $70 support level and we have already recovered 50% of the loss by today...
Will be interesting to see what we close the year at tomorrow and the week at on Friday. There could be some strong capital rotation now that the staying power is holding up and not acting like a blow off top.

If I believed there was a $20/oz spread, I’d hop on a plane and spend New Year’s in Dubai.

Some TSA scrote would confiscate your stacks, because, reasons.

TSA can't confiscate your metals but they can apply additional screening at which time you really should ask for a private screening so that the security line doesn't see you are a good target to rob. I actually flew a monster box when I came to watch Texas get their arse kicked by the Gators and the TSA agent who scanned my ID asked me what was in the box to which I just replied "some metal" surprisingly the person manning the xray let it through without issue.
I'd be far more concerned about clearing customs in Dubai and would want to look up what their immigration laws are around bullion/financial instruments.

Yeah, that’s just what some dealer is fleecing people with.
All of this points to a top very soon.
Sorry, $600 callers

Everything I’ve seen seems to point to a permanent revaluation vs a temporary top and reversal like the last two breakouts.
Driven by permanent industry increases in demand and limited supply which can’t be ramped up for a decade or so and the end of all the paper frickery games coming to a head.

Keep telling yourself that. Is there misinformation flying around at warp speed? Absolutely but the riggers have been rigging but the paper markets are breaking. China is taking revenge for FDR's silver purchase act of 1934. If you were to have a blow off top this was the week for it but we still haven't seen the mania phase or the insane capital rotation.
I for one am glad you are sitting this out.
