based on the complaint, "he misrepresented himself as an amateur investor"

If you watch his original GME thesis on YouTube from the summer, it wasn’t about a short squeeze. Whether that was done intentionally or not, I don’t know.

They will make him lose whatever of that 14 million they can defending himself legally. They will do whatever damage they can possibly do upon him legally or quasi legally. Good luck to the guy, sucks but the amount of resources he has made his enemy, maybe even completely unintentionally...usually doesn't work out well.
